Pros

  • The yearly discount is real and slightly understated: $39/$99/$199 monthly against $23/$59/$119 billed yearly is 41.0% / 40.4% / 40.2% off (calculated), against a badge that only claims Save 40%
  • One subscription covers a pipeline rather than a generator: 170+ languages, AI avatars, custom avatars, voice cloning, video translation with lip-sync, stock clips and music, Brand Kits, templates, a content calendar that publishes and schedules to social platforms and YouTube, plus API and MCP access
  • Entry cost is low on the yearly cycle: Cat Mode's $276 a year is 15 videos a month at about $1.53 each, with 350 generative AI credits included
  • The step that matters is Cat Mode to Super Cat — $59 a month billed yearly buys 2.67x the videos and 4x the credits, and cuts the per-credit price 35.9% from $0.0657 to $0.0421 (calculated)
  • Every tier can be bought monthly, and cancellation is self-service from the billing page, so nothing forces a year's commitment
  • A free account needs no credit card, which makes it the cheapest place to find out whether the studio fits your workflow
  • The seller is a real, identifiable company: Zebracat AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Berlin, commercial register HRB 233288 B at Charlottenburg, two named directors, a published imprint, and GDPR commitments written into the Terms
  • The contract is unusually clear on output ownership for this category: You retain all rights to your content. It also gives 30 days' notice before material changes and resolves disputes informally first rather than through mandatory arbitration
  • A logged-in free account was quoted a better price than the public page — a personalised 55% off with a running countdown — so it is worth creating the account before paying the published rate

Cons

  • The 7-day money-back guarantee is contradicted by the contract: the pricing page prints Didn't download any video? Get a full refund within 7 days, while the Terms say No refunds will be provided for already paid subscription periods — and downloading your video is the one condition that removes the guarantee
  • What a generative AI credit buys is not published: the tiers sell 350/1,400/3,600 credits for VEO3, Kling, Seedance, PixVerse and Sora2, but no per-model credit rate appears on the pricing page, in the plan list or in the Terms, so you cannot compute how many generative videos a tier buys before paying
  • The vendor's own pages disagree about what you are buying: the app advertises 4K video rendering and up to 10 minutes on Unlimited Cat where the public comparison table prints 1080p and 5 min for every tier, the app says 175+ languages where the site says 170+, and Cat Mode's length limit is printed as both Any length and 2 min on the same page
  • The free plan is undocumented: the pricing page lists no free tier and the signup screen promises only No Credit Card Required, so the allowance is visible only after you create the account
  • The independent record is thin and dated: Trustpilot shows 4.4 from 298 reviews with only 11 in the last 12 months, and annotates the profile This company hasn't invited customers recently, so reviews may not be representative along with Hasn't replied to negative reviews — while the vendor's own footer badge reads 4.7
  • The exit terms are thin: subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled from the billing page, the Terms allow fee changes with prior notice, there is no SLA anywhere, and liability is capped at the lesser of $100 or the fees paid in the previous 12 months

Pricing

Free

$0 not documented on the pricing page; a free account carries a per-period allowance

  • The vendor's own signup screen promises only No Credit Card Required, and the pricing page lists no free tier at all — the allowance appears only inside the app, where a free account read 1 video · 10 AI credits left this period on 8 October 2026
  • So the cheapest way to evaluate Zebracat is also the one the site never prices: sign up, then read the counter in the sidebar before you plan around it
  • The sidebar also carries a Refer & Earn +10 entry, which is the in-app referral scheme rather than the affiliate programme

Cat Mode

$23 per month billed yearly at $276/year; $39 if billed monthly

  • 15 videos and 350 generative AI credits a month, at a 41.0% discount for paying yearly against a badge that says Save 40% (calculated)
  • About $1.53 a video on the yearly cycle, or $0.0657 per generative credit — the most expensive credit of the three tiers
  • Model list as printed in the app: VEO3, Kling 2.5 pro, Seedance, PixVerse, Sora2
  • The page states this plan's video length limit twice: the card's tooltip reads Any length - each video counts as one., while the comparison table two screens down prints a Video Length Limit of 2 min

Super Cat

$59 per month billed yearly at $708/year; $99 if billed monthly

  • 40 videos and 1,400 generative AI credits a month — 2.67x the videos and 4x the credits of Cat Mode for 2.57x the price
  • The tier where the credit gets cheaper: $0.0421 per credit against $0.0657 on Cat Mode, a 35.9% drop (calculated). This is the step worth paying for
  • Adds 5 custom avatars and 5 voice clones a month, 120+ premium AI avatars, premium AI voices, video translation into 25+ languages, the full stock and music library and 5 Brand Kits
  • The comparison table caps length at 5 min and export at 1080p

Unlimited Cat

$119 per month billed yearly at $1,428/year; $199 if billed monthly

  • Unlimited videos and 3,600 generative AI credits a month at $0.0331 per credit (calculated)
  • The vendor's own pages disagree about what this tier includes: the in-app plan list advertises 4K video rendering and Longer videos — up to 10 minutes, while the public comparison table prints 1080p export and a 5 min length limit for every tier including Enterprise
  • Adds 10 custom avatars and 10 voice clones a month, unlimited Brand Kits and priority support

Enterprise

$599+ per month, custom pricing

  • Custom generative AI credits, API access, custom AI models, advanced team roles and a dedicated success manager
  • Sold through Talk to Sales rather than self-service, and the affiliate Agreement names Enterprise and custom plans as non-commissionable — so no referral link in this programme can sell it

Add-ons

Variable priced separately from the credits

  • Both paid creative tiers carry an Additional Generative Minutes control whose untouched state reads 0 min and 0 /mo, which makes generative time a second meter alongside the credits
  • Extra seats and credits are quoted inside the app; the pricing page itself prints no per-credit or per-minute rate

Who it is for

  • Marketers and small teams who need finished, subtitled, voiced videos out of a prompt, a link or a blog post, and would rather not assemble a generator, an editor, a voice tool and a scheduler
  • Anyone publishing in more than one language: 170+ languages plus video translation with lip-sync, which is the part of the product that is hardest to replace with a single competitor
  • Buyers who want the pipeline rather than the frontier model — the credits reach VEO3, Kling 2.5 pro, Seedance, PixVerse and Sora2, and the tiers bundle avatars, voice cloning and a stock library around them
  • Teams that want yearly pricing to be genuinely cheaper: 41.0% off on Cat Mode, and the discount is verifiable with one division
  • Buyers who will start on the free plan and only then choose a tier, since the free account is the only place the entry allowance is published
  • Anyone who needs social publishing and scheduling inside the same tool that writes the video
  • Buyers who want a real legal counterparty: a named German UG with a register number and an imprint, GDPR language in the Terms, and honest ownership language for what you generate
  • Teams scaling past one person: Super Cat adds custom avatars, voice clones, 5 Brand Kits and 120+ premium avatars, and Unlimited Cat adds 10 of each plus priority support

Alternatives

Brazilian video hosting from $17.90 a month with forensic DRM watermarking, an anti-download player and AI built into the player — the AI metered separately at US$0.20 a credit.

4.1 4.1 out of 5
Starting price: $17.90 per month for Bronze on the dollar price list; there is no annual plan, and instead of a free tier there is a 14-day trial capped at 100 GB of bandwidth

Best for: Course and infoproduct sellers who have had material pirated and need forensic watermarking plus an anti-download player rather than a general-purpose host — note that anti-download starts at Gold

Captions in 95 languages from $8 a month billed yearly, with a free tier that needs no card, 120 credits and a $1.99 seven-day plan. The credit rate card is published: captions run at 2 credits a minute.

4.1 4.1 out of 5
Starting price: $0 the free tier is real but capped at 1 minute per video; paid plans start at $8/month billed yearly ($9.99 monthly) for Pro, and there is a $1.99 seven-day offer in the vendor's own price data

Best for: Creators who caption a lot of video in one language and want the cheapest documented route to it - $8 a month billed yearly works out at about $0.053 per captioned minute at the vendor's own rate

A multi-model video and image studio from $12.00 a month billed yearly — Kling, Sora, Veo, Seedance and GPT Image behind one subscription, with the per-model credit rates on the pricing page and a refund window that ends at 50 credits.

3.9 3.9 out of 5
Starting price: $0 the free tier is 20 credits once, no card required; paid plans start at $12.00/month billed annually ($15.00 billed monthly) for Lite, and every paid tier is billed either monthly or annually with a published annual discount

Best for: Marketers and creators who want several frontier models — Veo, Sora, Kling, Seedance — behind one subscription instead of four, and who will buy monthly so the exit stays open
