Pros

  • Competitive, simple hosting pricing: $17.90 for 200 GB of storage and 500 GB of bandwidth, $37.90 for 512 GB and 1 TB, $97.90 for 1 TB and 4 TB, with the same two overage rates on every tier and no annual lock-in
  • Forensic DRM watermarking starts on the cheapest tier rather than being held back for the top plan, stamping each viewer's name and email through the picture so a leaked copy identifies the leaker
  • The anti-piracy position is layered rather than nominal — DRM watermark, allowed domains and anti-download from Gold — and comes with a 14-day trial and 100 GB of bandwidth to test it on a real link
  • The AI is genuinely priced in public: the help centre publishes a credit price of US$0.20 and a per-feature rate card down to the subtitle tier, including the rule that time rounds up, so a month can be computed before subscribing
  • The AI features are documented products rather than landing-page bullets: an in-player Tutor scoped to the video's content, subtitles in 34 languages across three accuracy tiers, standard and lip-sync dubbing, and generators for mind maps, quizzes and eBooks
  • Gold and Enterprise get a documented daily allowance of free AI uses with a worked example (100 uses a day) rather than a vague "included", and the help centre states that each generated language counts separately
  • Delivery is broad: 20+ integrations for membership areas and landing pages, a documented API, live streaming with simultaneous broadcasts, an offline video app, Shorts and a clips cutter, and a Chrome extension that imports a Vimeo library in bulk, with prorated upgrades and downgrades under §3.3
  • A checkable corporate identity and a measured support record: Panda Videos Ltda publishes its CNPJ, address, state and municipal registration, the customer wall names real businesses, and Reclame Aqui records 100% of the last six months' complaints answered in an average of 12 hours

Cons

  • The plan does not include the AI: the pricing page reads "Use credits" against four AI rows on Bronze and Silver without ever defining or pricing a credit, while the help centre puts one at US$0.20
  • The flagship AI feature is the most expensive item on the rate card: lip-sync dubbing is 14 credits, or $2.80, per minute, so dubbing a single hour costs $168 against a $97.90 Gold plan — and a twenty-lesson course is $3,360. Price the minutes before the plan
  • "Free AI" on Gold does not cover dubbing at all, caps at a daily number of uses rather than an allowance, restricts free subtitles to the 3-language Essential tier while Advanced and Pro subtitles in 34 languages are always metered, and bills Tutor conversations at 10 credits per 1,000 answers
  • The anti-piracy feature carries a meter of its own: the comparison table prices DRM Watermark at "$ 0.60 per GB" on every tier including Gold without saying per GB of what, and anti-download does not start until Gold ($97.90 a month) — Bronze and Silver list DRM and allowed domains only
  • Bandwidth overage is published at $0.03 per additional GB and charged at $0.06/GB in §3.5 and §3.7, automatically, billed immediately above an unpublished account limit, with downloads counted in the same meter. Budget at $0.06 and get the rate confirmed in writing
  • There is no refund policy and no SLA, and the exit is not gentle: §4.1 writes "access unavailability lasting up to a maximum of 72 hours" out of the definition of a fault, and §3.10 ends access immediately with videos that may be deleted at any time — the 14-day trial is the entire risk reversal

Pricing

Bronze

$17.90 per month, billed every 30 days

  • 200 GB of storage and 500 GB of monthly bandwidth; extra storage is $0.06/GB and extra bandwidth is listed at $0.03/GB on the pricing page
  • One team seat, customizable player, analytics, the offline video app, DRM and allowed domains, API integration, live, Shorts and the video migration extension
  • AI features are available but every one of them is metered: the pricing table reads "Use credits" against Tutor, subtitles and the quiz/ebook/mind-map generators

Silver

$37.90 per month, billed every 30 days

  • 512 GB of storage and 1 TB of bandwidth; same overage rates as Bronze
  • Adds up to 2 team seats; nothing else changes in the AI column — Tutor, subtitles and the generators still read "Use credits"
  • The cheapest tier that is documented as supporting more than one person, which is the only reason to step up from Bronze

Gold

$97.90 per month, billed every 30 days

  • 1 TB of storage and 4 TB of bandwidth; up to 10 team seats, anti-download, 2 simultaneous lives and ultra-fast upload
  • The AI column turns to "Free" against Tutor, subtitles and the quiz/ebook/mind-map generators — but the help centre defines that as a daily allowance rather than an unlimited one, and dubbing stays metered
  • Free subtitles are the Essential package only (3 languages); the Advanced and Pro subtitle tiers, which reach 34 languages, are never free
  • The most expensive plan on the list, and the one where the AI meter matters most: one hour of lip-sync dubbing costs more than the month itself

Enterprise

Custom priced on request through a sales form, with high-volume discounts and bandwidth that does not expire monthly

  • Everything in Gold plus migration handled by the vendor's team, priority support and custom per-GB pricing
  • The only tier where bandwidth stops resetting every month, which is the feature that matters if you exceed a quota once and never want to pay post-paid rates again
  • Listed with the least information of any tier on the page — no seat count, no storage figure, no SLA

Clipper

$3.90 per month for the first 2 months, shown as 50% off, then its listed price; the Portuguese card is the one that says "for the first 2 months"

  • 12 renewable credits a month, described as enough to cut videos up to 2 hours long
  • Generated clips are stored for 15 days only
  • A separate product from the hosting plans rather than a cheaper way to buy hosting — it is the viral-clips cutter, and the dollar price is not a currency conversion of the Brazilian one

Who it is for

  • Course and infoproduct sellers who have had material pirated and need forensic watermarking plus an anti-download player rather than a general-purpose host — note that anti-download starts at Gold
  • Creators leaving Vimeo over bandwidth bills and overage charges, since the migration extension imports an existing library in bulk and the overage rates are published
  • Teams delivering video to a membership area, landing page or LMS that already exists — the player and API embed anywhere and the platform does not insist on being your storefront
  • Buyers who want the AI and the hosting billed separately and want to see the AI rate card before committing, rather than discovering a bundled allowance with no unit price
  • Anyone who wants to see the product before paying: a 14-day trial with 100 GB of bandwidth and no credit card
  • English-language sellers who want the dollar price list and do not need US legal paperwork, because the contract they will be held to is Brazilian
