SJinn Review 2026: $19.90/Month, No Refund Policy

3.0 /5
3.0 3.0 out of 5

Our verdict

SJinn is the most convincing answer to a narrow question — where do you buy Seedance 2.0 and 2.5 access outside China? — and it answers that with a real catalogue: Seedance, Sora 2, Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3, Kling, Wan, hailuo02, nano banana, seedream and flux, all behind one credit balance from $19.90/month on monthly billing, or $12/month billed annually. The billing is transparent up to a point: four tiers with published credit allocations, published per-model credit costs, and unlimited Tool Mode image models from Pro upward. Then the arithmetic stops agreeing with itself — the Enterprise tier's 'Save 40%' badge is 27.9% on its own numbers, the top tier's annual per-credit price equals Standard's, and buying extra credits costs 1.5× to 2.4× what the same credit costs inside a subscription. The paperwork is the real problem: the Terms of Service still describes an image platform charging 100 credits per picture, publishes no refund policy and no cancellation policy, disclaims liability and permits termination at any time — while the public complaints against the product are about credits vanishing, unanswered billing questions and charges after cancellation. 3.0 is the score for a buyer who needs that specific access, will check the model before committing to a term, and will treat the first month as the only guarantee on offer.

  • Monthly tiers are $19.90 / $49.90 / $99 / $999; annual billing brings them to $12 / $30 / $60 / $720 per month, and the Enterprise tier's 'Save 40%' badge is 27.9% on its own figures
  • Every per-model credit price is published before signup: Seedance at 60 credits/second, Sora 2 Pro at 250/second and Veo 3 at 2,100 flat, so a 15-second Seedance clip is about $0.45 at Pro's annual rate
  • The Terms of Service still describes an image platform charging 100 credits per picture, publishes no refund or cancellation policy, and the site has no Chinese interface

What SJinn sells is not a video generator — it sells the right to use models that are hard to buy directly, metered in credits. Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, Sora 2, Veo 3, Kling and Wan sit behind one balance from $19.90/month, and the credit rate, not the subscription price, is what you are actually paying.

What you are actually buying

SJinn is an AI agent for image, video, audio and 3D generation, and its own tools page shows what the catalogue is weighted towards: Seedance 2.0 video, Kling motion control, Veo 3 text to video, Sora 2 video clone, Sora 2 image and text to video, Wan image to video, Kling Turbo image to video, video watermark removal — with nano banana and seedream carrying the still-image side.

That mix is the reason the brand exists. The most useful thread on it is a February 2026 post in r/Seedance_AI titled “Looking for a real Seedance website that actually works (not scams, SJINN is too expensive)”, whose author had gone looking for exactly one model:

As far as I know, the official Seedance 2.0 by ByteDance is not available globally at the moment and is limited to China. The only platform I am aware of that currently offers legitimate Seedance 2.0 access is SJINN, but the pricing is extremely expensive.

The same author, answering a follow-up, described the practical shape of that access:

You need to pay for at least the Pro plan to get access to Seedance 2.0. Even then, you may face a lot of failed generations, and the restrictions are quite tight.

So the value proposition is real and narrow: SJinn is a reseller of access, and access is what you are paying for. Whether the model behind a given label is the genuine article is a separate question, and one commenter in that thread took the sceptical position — that no third-party provider could be serving the real Seedance 2 before its API opened. That is a claim about February 2026, not a finding, and it is worth testing yourself before buying a term.

What it does well

It sells one balance that reaches several model families. Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, Sora 2 and Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3 and Veo 3 Fast, Kling 1.6 and 2.1, Wan, hailuo02, nano banana, seedream and flux all sit under one account and one credit balance — no five separate vendor accounts, and no region-limit handling per model.

Every per-model credit price is published before you sign up, so a clip can be priced before it is bought. Credit allocations per tier, both billing modes, per-model credit costs and top-up pack sizes are all readable: at Pro’s annual rate ($0.0005 per credit) a 15-second seedance clip is about $0.45 and a single Veo 3 generation about $1.05.

The annual discount on the three lower tiers is arithmetic that holds. $19.90 → $12 is 39.7%, $49.90 → $30 is 39.9% and $99 → $60 is 39.4%, all consistent with the 40% badge, and Pro and Ultra both land at $0.0005 per credit — competitive among resellers. If you know you are staying a year, annual is the better buy on those tiers.

Tool Mode is a real concession: image models are unlimited. nano banana on every tier, and from Pro upward nano banana Pro 2K, seedream v4 and v4.5, flux 2 pro, GPT Image 2, MiniMax H3 and Wan 3.0, none of them metered. A creator whose output is mostly images with video as the occasional extra gets something different from a pure video buyer.

The workflow and API layer is complete and documented. Beyond chat there is an agent mode, a canvas, a template library, skills, a CLI, an MCP server and separate documented Agent and Tool APIs — the interface for wiring generation into your own system is written down, not implied. Top-up credits never expire and are one-time purchases, users keep the rights to what they generate, and the public Discord is credited by positive reviewers for responsiveness and fast model updates.

The subscription is not the price. The credit rate is

Every price below was read from the pricing page on 27 September 2026.

TierMonthlyAnnual (per month)Credits / monthCost per credit (annual)
Standard$19.90$1220,000$0.0006
Pro (“Most Popular”)$49.90$3060,000$0.0005
Ultra$99$60120,000$0.0005
Enterprise$999$7201,200,000$0.0006

The 40% claim holds where you would expect it to and breaks where you would not. $19.90 → $12 is 39.7%, $49.90 → $30 is 39.9% and $99 → $60 is 39.4% — all consistent with the badge. $999 → $720 is 27.9%, and because Enterprise’s annual rate is $0.0006 per credit it is priced exactly like Standard. The largest plan on the page carries no volume discount.

Standard monthly $ 9.95 Standard annual $ 6 Pro monthly $ 8.32 Pro annual $ 5 Ultra monthly $ 8.25 Ultra annual $ 5 Enterprise monthly $ 8.33 Enterprise annual $ 6
What 10,000 credits cost by tier and billing mode, computed from the credit allocations and prices published on sjinn.ai/pricing, read 27 September 2026. Annual billing cuts the unit price 39–40% on the three lower tiers and 27.9% on Enterprise.

The discount ladder has a second gap in it: buying credits on top of a plan costs more per credit than subscribing for them. The top-up packs run $20 for 17,000 credits ($0.0012 each), $50 for 50,000 ($0.001), $100 for 105,000 ($0.00095), $300 for 330,000 ($0.00091), $1,000 for 1,100,000 ($0.00091) and $5,000 for 5,500,000 ($0.00091) — against $0.0005 to $0.0006 inside an annual plan. Top-ups never expire and are one-time purchases, and they are sold only to existing members.

What is genuinely unusual sits in the middle of the tiers: Tool Mode makes image models unlimited rather than metered — nano banana on every tier, and from Pro upward nano banana Pro 2K, seedream v4 and v4.5, flux 2 pro, GPT Image 2, MiniMax H3 and Wan 3.0. No video model is ever unlimited.

Credits consumed by a 15-second clip (or one flat-rate generation), computed from the Model Pricing table on sjinn.ai/pricing, read 27 September 2026.

Three things follow from that table.

First, the tier is the price. The identical 15-second seedance clip costs about $0.45 of credits at Pro’s annual rate and about $0.90 at Standard’s monthly rate; Sora 2 Pro moves from $1.88 to about $3.73. Subscribing annually is not a discount on the product, it is a discount on the unit.

Second, the loudest complaint in the record is arithmetically correct. The February thread worked from roughly 100 credits per second, making a 15-second Seedance generation about 1,500 credits; the pricing page’s seedance line now reads 60 per second — so at the published rate, Pro’s 60,000-credit allowance is 1,000 seconds, about 16 minutes, of Seedance output a month. (A March 2026 commenter worked a 4K clip out at 18,000 credits; that per-second figure appears nowhere on the published table, so treat it as an unverified community number.)

Third, one “hidden minimum” complaint is explained by the published prices. A one-star Trustpilot review from March 2026 describes being told repeatedly that 2,200 credits were needed before any generation could start. The catalogue’s flat-rate prices include Veo 3 at 2,100 credits and Sora 2 Pro at 250 per second — a balance below the price of the model you selected cannot start that generation: legitimate as a complaint about explanation, but not evidence of an unpublished fee.

The terms page describes a different product

This is the finding that should decide the purchase, and it is not about pricing.

Read sjinn.ai/terms on 27 September 2026 and it opens: “SJinn is an AI-powered image generation platform powered by GPT-4O technology”, and states in section 2 that “each image generation costs 100 credits”. The live pricing page that same day priced nano banana at 50 credits and SJinn Image at 30. The product moved to video, the legal layer did not move with it. The privacy policy carries the same image-era wording, including a line that generated images “may be used anonymously to improve our AI models, unless you explicitly opt out”.

One further observation a buyer can check in a minute. The pricing page runs a “40% OFF Annual Plans — Limited Time Offer” countdown; an archived copy of the same page from 31 July 2026 already carried that banner alongside the same monthly credit allocations of 20,000 / 60,000 / 120,000, so the offer has been “ending” for at least two months. And the site ships English and Japanese only: /ja/pricing resolves, /zh/pricing returns 404, and every price is in US dollars.

Who should not buy SJinn

How it scores

Features 4.0
Ease of use 3.0
Value for money 3.0
Support 2.0

Features is a 4. The catalogue is the product, and it is broad: Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, Sora 2 and Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3 and Veo 3 Fast, Kling 1.6 and 2.1, Wan, hailuo02, nano banana, seedream, flux, image and video lip-sync, 3D conversion, upscaling and music generation — with an agent mode, a canvas, templates, skills, a CLI, an MCP server and documented Agent and Tool APIs around it. It does not score higher because unlimited access stops exactly where the expensive models start.

Ease of use is a 3. Generating is easy — describe it and the agent works — and the buying surface is better than most: prices, credit allocations and per-model credit costs are all published before you sign up, and Tool Mode’s unlimited image models are a genuinely simple mental model. What holds this down is the credit meter itself: per-second billing, no published failure policy, a top-up path that costs more per credit than the subscription, and one review describing a plan the pricing page does not list.

Value is a 3. The annual rates are competitive as credit rates — $0.0005 per credit at Pro and Ultra — and the unlimited image models are a real concession. Against that: the Enterprise tier’s advertised 40% is 27.9% and buys credits at Standard’s rate, video models consume balances quickly, and the community verdict has been “too expensive” since at least February 2026 and is arithmetically defensible. What justifies a 3 rather than lower is that legitimate Seedance access outside China is genuinely hard to substitute, and the published table lets a buyer work out the real cost before paying.

Support is a 2, and the score measures written commitments and documented outcomes, not response speed. There is no support test behind this review. What is measured: a terms page with no refund policy, no cancellation policy and no service level commitment; access terminable at any time without notice; liability disclaimed; and a review record where billing and cancellation disputes are the recurring theme. Against that, there is a public Discord that two positive reviews credit with real responsiveness and fast model updates — which is why this is a 2 and not lower.

The four dimensions average 3.0, which is the overall score.

Pros

  • Access to models that are hard to buy directly — Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, Sora 2 and Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3 and Veo 3 Fast, Kling 1.6 and 2.1, Wan, hailuo02 — under one account and one credit balance
  • Every price is published before signup: four tiers with credit allocations, both billing modes, per-model credit costs and top-up pack sizes
  • Tool Mode makes image models unlimited instead of metered — nano banana on all tiers, and nano banana Pro 2K, seedream v4/v4.5, flux 2 pro, GPT Image 2, MiniMax H3 and Wan 3.0 from Pro upward
  • The 40% annual discount is real arithmetic on the three lower tiers: 39.4% to 39.9%
  • An agent mode, canvas, templates, skills, CLI, MCP server and documented Agent and Tool APIs are all part of the same subscription
  • Top-up credits never expire and are one-time purchases rather than subscriptions
  • Users retain the rights to what they generate, and the terms state it
  • A public Discord is credited by positive reviewers for responsiveness and fast model updates

Cons

  • The Terms of Service still describes an image platform powered by GPT-4O where each image costs 100 credits — neither matches the live product or the published credit table
  • No refund policy and no cancellation policy are published anywhere, while the public complaints cluster on billing and cancellation
  • No service level commitment, no uptime figure, no credit table, disclaimed liability, and termination at any time with or without notice
  • The Enterprise tier's "Save 40%" badge is 27.9% on its own numbers, and its annual per-credit price is identical to Standard's
  • Top-up credits cost $0.00091–$0.0012 each against $0.0005–$0.0006 inside an annual plan
  • Video is billed per second — seedance at 60 credits/second, Sora 2 Pro at 250 — so a 15-second Sora 2 Pro clip consumes 3,750 credits, and failed generations consume credits too

Common questions

Is SJinn legitimate?

It is a real, operating platform with a published catalogue, and the honest answer is more specific than yes or no. The most independent evidence is a buyer in a specialist subreddit describing SJinn as the only place he could find legitimate Seedance 2.0 access — while calling the pricing extremely expensive — and an unclaimed Trustpilot profile at 3.3/5 across 14 reviews containing both “very responsive via discord” and two one-star reviews headed “Complete SCAM”. What is not in dispute is the paperwork: the terms describe a different product and contain no refund or cancellation policy. Judge it as a metered reseller with a thin contract, not as a scam or as a safe subscription.

Which SJinn plan should I buy?

Start monthly at Pro if you are buying for Seedance or the higher video models, and drop to Standard only if the unlimited image models are the point. Pro is where the unlimited Tool Mode set expands and where the credit rate is cheapest among the tiers you can actually start on ($0.0005 annual); Standard’s annual rate is 20% worse per credit and its monthly rate is the worst in the catalogue. Annual billing is the real discount — 39.4–39.9% on those three tiers — but given the absence of any refund or cancellation policy, a term commitment is a bet on a contract that does not promise you anything. One month, then decide.

Is the Seedance on SJinn the real model?

That is the one thing this review cannot settle, and it is the thing to test before paying for a term. A commenter in the February 2026 r/Seedance_AI thread argued that no third-party provider could be serving the genuine model while its API was closed, and even the thread’s author — who found SJinn’s access convincing — noted that the version he was paying for was possibly “Seedance Fast” rather than the full model. Test the specific output you need inside the first month, and compare it against a first-party route, rather than buying an annual plan on a label.

Do failed generations still cost credits?

The public record says yes, and the terms promise nothing either way. A February 2026 reviewer argued credits should only be deducted on a generation you actually download, because re-running Veo 3 still charges for unsatisfactory results; a September 2026 reviewer described generations failing outright or taking about an hour, on a plan they called useless for that reason. There is no published failure-credit policy to hold the vendor to — which is a reason to size the first month around how much failure you can absorb.

Does SJinn have a free plan or trial?

The pricing page lists four paid tiers and no free plan or trial. The only “complimentary credits” language anywhere on the site is in the terms page, in the same stale paragraph that describes an image platform charging 100 credits per picture, so it should not be relied on as a trial. Budget for the first month as a paid test.

Bottom line

SJinn solves a real problem and charges a real premium for it. If you need Seedance 2.0/2.5, Sora 2, Veo 3 or Kling access that you cannot obtain directly, this is one of the few places selling it, the catalogue is broad and documented, and the per-model credit prices are published before you pay a cent. The unlimited Tool Mode image models from Pro upward are a genuine concession, and the annual credit rate of $0.0005 is competitive among resellers.

What holds the score at 3.0 is everything wrapped around that access. The credit meter is the price and it is expensive — at 250 credits per second for Sora 2 Pro, the community’s “too expensive” verdict since February 2026 is arithmetic, not sentiment. The discount ladder does not reconcile at the top, where the biggest plan advertises 40%, delivers 27.9% and prices credits exactly like Standard. And the contract does not exist where it matters: no refund policy, no cancellation policy, no service level commitment, a terms page still describing a 2024 image tool, and a complaint record in which billing and cancellation are the recurring subjects.

So buy it the way the evidence supports: start on monthly Pro, test the exact model and output you need in the first month, keep top-ups to zero until you know your real credit burn, and avoid the annual commitment unless the saving is worth an unrefundable bet. If any of those three is a requirement rather than a preference, the first-party vendors are the honest answer.

All prices, credit costs, terms and public records here were read on 27 September 2026: the pricing page in both billing modes, the tools and credits-purchase pages, the Terms of Service and privacy pages, an archived copy of the pricing page from 31 July 2026, the Trustpilot profile, and Reddit threads retrieved through the OpenCLI backend with a control search. The site prices in US dollars and ships no Chinese interface (/zh/pricing returns 404). Check the live pages before you pay — the credits in this catalogue were already repriced once between February and September 2026.
