Max Studio Review 2026: $11.99/Month, 100+ AI Tools

4.0 /5

Our verdict

Max Studio's offer is a real one, and it is one of the few aggregators in this catalogue that puts image, video and audio behind a single credit balance: four tiers from $11.99 to $99.99 a month, a genuine 17–20% annual discount that reconciles to the cent, a published model list that reaches Nano Banana Pro, Seedance 2.0, Veo 3, Kling and Runway Gen-4 on one bill, and an MCP server Claude and Cursor can call. What decides the tier is arithmetic rather than features — credits cost $0.008–$0.010 each from Standard at $19.99, which is the entry point that makes sense, and the models most people come for do not appear until Creator at $49.99, where the Veo 3 quota is one video a month. What to know up front: Basic's credits cost three times as much ($0.030 against $0.010), the page's "7 month free" badge overstates a 17–20% discount roughly threefold, annual billing adds no bonus credits, there is no free generation to verify output before paying, refunds cover unused credits only, and the Terms never say who owns what you generate. 4.0 is the score for a buyer who will size volume against the quota table and spend one month of Standard to test the output.

  • Price: $11.99–$99.99/month, or $9.99–$79.99/month billed annually — a 17–20% saving, each figure reconciling to the cent
  • Value: credits cost $0.008–$0.010 each from Standard up against $0.030 on Basic, so the sensible entry tier is Standard at $19.99, not the cheapest one
  • Models: Nano Banana Pro, Seedance 2.0, Veo 3, Kling Video, Runway Gen-4, Flux Pro and Ideogram V3 sit in one list, with the frontier video models starting at Creator ($49.99)

Max Studio is $11.99, $19.99, $49.99 or $99.99 a month, or $9.99, $15.99, $39.99 or $79.99 billed annually — and the annual discount is real: each tier's stated saving reconciles exactly with twelve monthly payments. What decides your cost is the ladder: credits cost $0.008–$0.010 each from Standard at $19.99, while Seedance 2.0, Veo 3 and Runway Gen-4 only appear at Creator for $49.99.

What Max Studio actually is

Max Studio is an all-in-one AI creative suite: image generation and editing, video generation and effects, plus audio tools. The vendor counts over 100 and prices them all in one unit, “credits” — which is where its value comes from, because it puts other vendors’ models behind one bill. The operator is InfinityCorp LLC, and the Terms are still titled “Image Editing Tool Service”: text that has not caught up with the video, audio and MCP products now sold.

Max Studio also ships an MCP server, so Claude or Cursor can generate from a prompt. Its own documentation states the boundary plainly: free accounts can connect and browse models, but generating requires a paid plan.

What each plan costs

Everything in this table is read from Max Studio’s own pricing page, checked on 26 September 2026.

The annual saving is not an anchor: each tier’s stated figure — $24, $48, $120, $240 — is exactly twelve times the gap between its monthly and annual rate, to the cent. That is 17% off Basic and 20% off the other three. Current pricing is on Max Studio’s official site, and two labels on that page do not survive contact with its own numbers.

Basic $11.99 $ 30 Standard $19.99 $ 10 Creator $49.99 $ 8.33 Ultra $99.99 $ 8
Computed from Max Studio's own monthly price and credit allowance (400 / 2,000 / 6,000 / 12,500 credits), checked 26 September 2026. Annual billing lowers these to $24.98, $8.00, $6.67 and $6.40 per 1,000.

The cheapest plan is the worst value on the page

TierMonthly priceCreditsCost per creditCost per 1,000 credits
Basic$11.99400$0.0300$30.00
Standard$19.992,000$0.0100$10.00
Creator$49.996,000$0.0083$8.33
Ultra$99.9912,500$0.0080$8.00

Paying $8 more a month buys five times the credits at a third of the unit price; the same gap survives annual billing ($24.98 per 1,000 on Basic against $8.00 on Standard). Standard is the entry point that makes sense; Basic only makes sense if 400 credits a month is genuinely your ceiling.

Annual billing: a real discount and no bonus credits

The billing toggle is badged “7 month free”, and that label does not hold: seven months free on a twelve-month term would be a 58% discount, while the actual saving is 17% on Basic and 20% on the rest — a little under two and a half months — so the badge overstates the offer by roughly three times. The same page states the true figure in dollars beneath each price. Annual billing also adds no credits: Basic’s year is 4,800, which is 400 × 12 exactly, and Standard’s 24,000, Creator’s 72,000 and Ultra’s 150,000 follow the same rule.

Which models you can actually run

Basic and Standard include Nano Banana Pro, Seedance V1 Pro Fast, Nano Banana, an upscaler and a background remover. Seedance 2.0, Veo 3, Runway Gen-4, Flux Pro, Kling Video and Ideogram V3 do not appear until Creator at $49.99. If one of those models is the reason you are here, Basic and Standard are not discounted versions of the product — they are a different product.

What it does well

One bill instead of five subscriptions. Nano Banana Pro, Seedance 2.0, Veo 3, Kling Video, Runway Gen-4, Flux Pro, Ideogram V3 and GPT Image 2 all sit in one published model list, and from Standard up each credit costs $0.008–$0.010 ($0.0064–$0.008 billed annually) — when your work genuinely uses more than one frontier model, that is the whole value of an aggregator.

The discount is checkable, and so is the disclosure. Every tier’s annual saving reconciles to the cent rather than only the top one, and the page publishes four tiers of credit allowance, a per-model quota list and monthly video and image ceilings — enough to price a generation before buying rather than after.

The cheap tiers are stripped of quota, not of features. Private generation, no watermark, no ads and a priority queue are listed on every plan, and the frontier models arrive together at Creator.

Agent workflows are first-class. The MCP server lets Claude or Cursor generate directly, and free accounts can connect and browse the model list before paying.

Who should not buy Max Studio

The alternatives, stated honestly

Nano Banana Pro, Seedance, Veo 3, Kling and Runway all sell their own subscriptions, so an aggregator is cheaper than several at once and dearer than any one alone. If audio is the point, Mureka AI is a dedicated music generator rather than one tool among a hundred, and the rest of this site’s image and video coverage sits in the AI image category.

How it scores

Features 4.5
Ease of use 4.5
Value for money 3.5
Support 3.5

Features and ease of use are 4.5 each. Four tiers of credit allowance, a per-model quota list, a roster reaching Nano Banana Pro, Seedance 2.0, Veo 3, Kling Video, Runway Gen-4, Flux Pro, Ideogram V3 and GPT Image 2, plus an MCP server, is unusually specific disclosure; one account, one balance and one bill for image, video and audio is a real simplification. The half-point comes off because the frontier models sit behind the top two tiers and their quotas are small.

Value is a 3.5. From Standard up, $0.008–$0.010 a credit for frontier models is competitive, and the annual discount reconciles exactly instead of hiding behind an anchor price. It is not higher because the bottom of the ladder is priced against the buyer ($0.030 on Basic), because annual billing adds no credits while the badge claims seven free months, and because no free allowance exists to verify any of it beforehand.

Support is a 3.5, measuring written commitments rather than response speed: a documented cancellation and refund window, a contact address with a 30-day window, and the EU 14-day route. The four dimensions average 4.0, which is why the rating is 4.0 — a number that describes the offer as published, not how good the output looks, which this review did not test.

Common questions

Is Max Studio free?

No, in the sense that matters: free accounts can connect to MCP and browse the model list, but the vendor’s own documentation states that generating requires a paid plan. The cheapest paid tier is $11.99 a month.

Which plan should I actually buy?

Standard at $19.99 a month ($15.99 billed annually) — the credit price drops from $0.030 to $0.010 at that step, and it is cheaper than holding two or three model subscriptions. Reach for Creator at $49.99 only if you need Seedance 2.0, Veo 3 or Runway Gen-4. Basic only makes sense if 400 credits a month is genuinely your ceiling.

Do I own what I generate, and can I get a refund?

The Terms are silent on generated output: they assign the vendor its own IP and confirm you keep ownership of images you upload, but never say who owns what you make. For client work, settle it in writing first. Refunds are narrow too — unused credits only, requested within 30 days, with none for output that misses expectations, though EU residents have a 14-day route where a technical issue prevents the service working as described.

Bottom line

Max Studio is a genuine aggregator: a published price ladder, a real annual discount, one bill standing in for several model subscriptions, and $0.008–$0.010 a credit from Standard up. The tier that makes sense is Standard at $19.99 a month ($15.99 billed annually); reach for Creator at $49.99 only if Seedance 2.0, Veo 3 or Runway Gen-4 is why you are subscribing.

Its weak points are about how to buy it, not whether it is any good, and the full list sits above. Three things are worth doing before you subscribe:

  • Start on Standard, not on Basic. $8 more a month buys five times the credits — the one place on this ladder where paying more is the better deal.
  • Check the model list against your own work. An aggregator is cheaper than several subscriptions and dearer than one; if you only need a single model, buy that one directly.
  • If Veo 3, Seedance 2.0 or Runway Gen-4 is the reason, budget for Ultra, because Creator’s Veo 3 quota is one video a month.

Every number here is a snapshot dated 26 September 2026, read from Max Studio’s own pricing page, MCP documentation, Terms and cancellation policy; no independent user reports were found on that date. Nothing was supplied or checked by the vendor, and prices should be re-read on the official page before subscribing.

Pros

  • One subscription covers image, video and audio, and the published model list is specific: Nano Banana Pro, Seedance 2.0, Veo 3, Kling Video, Runway Gen-4, Flux Pro, Ideogram V3, GPT Image 2
  • Credits from Standard up cost $0.008–$0.010 each, which is the point of an aggregator — one bill instead of five, and access to models you could not buy individually at that price
  • The annual discount is real and reconciles to the cent: $24, $48, $120 and $240 a year off, 17% on Basic and 20% on the rest
  • Unusually specific disclosure: four tiers of credit allowance plus a per-model quota list, so you can price your own use case before you buy
  • An MCP server lets Claude, Cursor or another agent generate directly, and free accounts can connect to it and browse models
  • The cheap tiers are stripped of quota, not of features: private generation, no watermark, no ads and priority generation are listed on every plan
  • The ladder has one clear right answer: Standard at $19.99 costs $8 more than Basic and buys five times the credits, which makes it the sensible entry tier
  • When you need the frontier video models, Creator at $49.99 delivers Seedance 2.0, Veo 3, Ideogram V3, Flux Pro and Kling Video in one tier instead of four accounts

Cons

  • Basic is the worst value on the page — $0.030 a credit against $0.010 on Standard, three times the unit cost, so the $19.99 Standard tier is the one that makes sense
  • The toggle badges annual billing as "7 month free"; the real saving is 17–20%, about two to two and a half months, and annual billing also adds no credits — the yearly allowance is exactly twelve times the monthly one
  • Seedance 2.0, Veo 3, Runway Gen-4, Flux Pro, Kling Video and Ideogram V3 are all gated behind Creator, where Veo 3 is 1 video a month for $49.99
  • There is no free generation to test with: free accounts can connect to MCP and browse models, but generating requires a paid plan — the most honest test is one month of Standard
  • Refunds are narrow — unused credits only, requested within 30 days — and the Terms disclaim refunds for AI output that misses expectations
  • The Terms never state who owns what you generate; they cover uploaded images and the vendor's own IP, and still define the service as "image editing"
